RETURNS POLICY We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and would like to return it, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund provided a return request is submitted via our return portal within of it being delivered to you. After 7 days, any return requests through our return portal will receive a store credit up until 14 days of the delivery date. All items discounted 25% and up are not returnable and are final sale. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be folded in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still intact. Authorization is required. Returns must be processed via our automated returns center where you will receive within 24hrs a prepaid shipping label. BYKE offers free returns on all orders. You will be charged a $6 handling fee per order being returned. There will be no handling fee if you choose to receive a store credit for your purchase. If you would like to exchange you will be charged a $8.75 shipping fee.
